Individual Adult Psychotherapy

If you are feeling stressed, self-critical, impatient, down, or worried, I would like to help you feel more confident, calm, in control, and engaged in your life.  My approach to therapy is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and overcome obstacles in order to grow, heal, and reach their full potential. 


With patience and understanding, I'll assist you in finding solutions and building strength and resiliency.  I believe therapy is a collaborative process and together we will set meaningful goals based on what you want to change or improve about yourself, your life, or your relationships.

The following insurances are accepted:

Aetna, Cigna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, United Oxford, Oscar, and Optum EAP.

Self-pay is also available and a superbill is provided upon request. Adult individual sessions are 55 minutes for $145.

Evidence-Based Therapies Are Offered:

Somatic Experiencing (SE) - Somatic Experiencing is a body-focused therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Peter A. Levine. It aims to relieve trauma and stress-related conditions by helping individuals tune into their bodily sensations and release pent-up energy and emotions.

Description: Somatic Experiencing is based on the idea that trauma can cause disruptions in the nervous system, leading to physical and emotional symptoms. The therapy involves guiding individuals to slowly and safely experience and process these bodily sensations, which can help to restore balance in the nervous system. Unlike traditional talk therapy, SE focuses on the physical responses and sensations associated with trauma rather than just the narrative or cognitive aspects.
